I offer a lifetime guarantee on all my Native American Style Flutes, against cracking, separation, or other defects due to my craftmanship. When you recieve your flute and if for any reason you are not completely happy with it when it arrives, follow the instructions below.
1. For any returns you must call me first to discuss the matter and a possible solution to the problem.
2. Flutes being returned for a full refund must be returned within 7 days from the purchase date (Less shipping costs).
3. The full refund will be honored as long as the flute was not damaged or altered in any way.
